Heather Weber, or Ms. Heather to members of the team, is currently the Lead Coach of Laser Robotics. She started mentoring for the team during the 2025 season along with other parents after Tara Ahrendt’s retirement from the team and has continued ever since. She was a former Montessori Educator, and Airman in the USAF.

After Sarai Wittig’s departure from the team after the 2025 season, Heather took the role of Lead Coach of the team. She has made an effort to expand the team’s presence in the community, expand FIRST Robotics within our school district, and focus on the future of the team.
